Three years after the October 7 attacks, host Daniel Rosenberg and attorney Lloyd Golburgh traveled to the Israeli communities along the Gaza border. Episode 91 is built around the footage they shot and the people who guided them.
The trip starts at Kibbutz Netiv HaAsara, where residents live beside the perimeter wall, and continues to the Peace Wall and its memorials. From there it moves to Sderot and the site of the police station, then to the grounds of the Nova Music Festival and the vehicle graveyard where the burned cars from that day were collected.
What they saw firsthand
Local residents and witnesses walk them through the events of the day, including how the defense at Nova unfolded and how people evacuated. Daniel and Lloyd close by comparing the media narratives they had followed from home with what they saw on the ground.
The episode is also a tribute to the victims and to the communities that are rebuilding. It runs just over an hour.
